Day 96 of 100 Days

Tuesday, 6th April 2021

Today felt quite constructive. I was kept busy looking after my son, but I also managed to squeeze in a couple of tasks. We got out early doors for a visit to the park which meant we could leave my partner to concentrate on his work. The only problem is, it’s still freezing at the moment. At least we got out for a walk though.

What: Google Online Marketing Challenge
Organisation: The Donkey Haven Charity

We have new students, and I have a new country to work with! Our students are in Budapest in Hungary, and they seem really lovely. They are on their spring break at the moment, but wanted to meet us this week beforehand. They've been getting to know the charity and are very excited about working with us. There's not much to say at this stage, but we should be speaking again next week.

What: Quiz catch-up
Organisation: Bat For A Chance and Cricket Without Boundaries

This was the final catch-up ahead of our quiz tomorrow, and we were ironing out a few creases, such as who is saying what and when and how we’re going to structure Mattchin’s bit. I’m really looking forward to it, and I feel like it’s a nice way to help tie-up the end of my 100 days. I'm also slightly nervous about it though... there are going to be over 100 people there, so I really hope it goes well.
